THE TASK:
Position Kohler as a leader in Water Conservation, increase sales for Kohler’s water-saving products and educate the US population on the long-term environmental and economic benefits of saving water.

THE APPROACH:
This website was at the center of a campaign that included many other components. These efforts included a wide-scale PR push and other online tactics such as banner advertising on key water conservation websites and a video placement on the YouTube home page during World Water Day. Along with us, Kohler worked with Layer One Media for assistance on the website and also partnered with Carat for the banner ads. After several discussions with the team, we determined that the best approach was to package the content in a form that is fun to interact with and easy to understand. We also realized that the information needed to be easily distributed across social networks to attract viral traffic to the site.
